11/05/2012 "I used your online pet shop for the first time a couple of weeks ago If this is the service I receive every time I order WOW Im hooked Products I knew would be good as I use them all the time Value for money yes very good Delivery came when expected fantastic I phoned before I ordered as was worried who would deliver my goods customer service adviser was really nice and helpful and told me not to worry basically as you didnt use Yodel anymore That was a big relief as I would not have placed my order with you So as far as I am concerned its a big thank you to all your staff I will be shopping with you again very soon Well done it is so nice to speak to good customer service advisers too

I have only ever had one problem, and that was when I was sent an incorrect item. I contacted customer services and was dealt with very efficiently and the correct item was sent straight away. So overall I find Petplanet to be excellent.”

”I always use Pet Planet to obtain items I need for my cat and dog, their prices are cheaper than my vets or local pet shops, also it's great to buy large sacks of food and have them delivered to my home. Recently I had a problem with a late delivery, due to poor service from my local courier. Pet Planet were extremely apologetic even though it was not their fault, they emailed me a voucher to have money off my next order and promised to use another delivery company. They were true to their word and as well as receiving my goods cheaper because of the voucher, the new delivery service brought them promptly to my home within 4 days of my order.”

25/04/2012 When I have to restock on dried food for my cats I shop around on line as it isn't just the cost of the goods. Having a Highlands & Islands postal address I usually have to pay a large surcharge for delivery. Petplanet does add a surcharge, over and above the free delivery when I order more than £29 of goods, but it is a very small one, unlike most of their competitors. Also I get a good service so there is little point in looking beyond Petplanet right now.

Anyway, it is really brilliant and Ben, the loony dog, even walks better now without tugging my arms off. Think I might have a go at getting a decent toy next.”

”Have been using Petplanet for quite a while now. Orders are usually very promptly delivered even on the free delivery service and very good value across board. Had an issue with one order recently that was not despatched correctly due to error in warehouse and I needed the item that day so told them I need to go to shops to pick one up instead now so no longer wanted the order, full refund was offered immediately when I called up about it, however due to admin delay it wasn't processed but as soon as I contacted the head of customer service asking why it hadn't been refunded yet they very promptly processed it and were very apologetic about the clerical errors.
Definitely recommend buying from Petplanet, they have good track record and good value, and if things do go wrong they are more than willing to correct and make right the issues as promptly as they can when it is raised with them - definitely customer focused.”
