They are non-prescriptive. This product is harmless, purely herbal - can be given to ease stress caused by one off events such as Fireworks or stress caused when a new cat on the block appears. It can also be given on a regular basis. Mrs Podge is much friendlier and calmer and now seeks our company. I've also started our tom cat on them and he is less aggressive with his pals. I can thoroughly recommend the product. The pack of 100 works out at 50% cheaper than purchasing from the vets.                     Works well posted on 05/01/2012 by Michelle Purchased an initial supply for my newly rehomed GSD who was anxious and unsettled. Almost immediately she was calmer and much more laid back. Even on our walks she is less stressed. No apparent side effects and the tablets can be dispersed in food or I have even mixed one in her water and she drinks it as normal. These seem to have really helped her. She also has a feliway plugin and some gentle organic cat food so its hard to say what is responsible. But I would definitely recommend these. Cheaper than buying from the vet, all natural, no sideeffects and easy to sprinkle on/in food. The best thing is they appear to be flavourless, she is usually fussy and turned her nose up at food laced with valerian. But she eats her food as normal with this on.                     Didnt work for my two posted on 31/10/2011 by SabreWulfe What can I say it simply didnt work I bought them along with the Feliway plug in and the Feliway spray to attempt to quieten our new kitten when around our older cat of 45 yrs The kitten justwouldnt leave the cat alone Hes an out door cat comes in eats some food then settles done to have a nap and as soon as he enters the kitten wanting to play with him constantly jumps on his back miows at him nibbles his back legs anything to get attention of cours the cat dosnt like this at all and will snap at her they will have a scuffle then the cat jumps out the window just to get away from her We are hoping this will calm down as she gets older but the feliway sprays and plug in and the Zylklene just didnt work on either of them I thought even if it didnt change the kitten at least the cat would feel more laid back about it Read all reviews...
