Bigger than an alsation. He loves the bed and he can get himself comfortable due to it's shape. I love the fact it can be vacumed easily. I also put a towel on it. I would buy another of these beds. I like the fact that the design gives him a pillow. Very study material. This bed is exactly as described in blurb. I have tried many beds in the last 9 years.
