This feeding bowl slows him down so he cant hoover his food up - brilliant. Like most beagles he's a gobbler and he can empty a Kong in seconds so this is much better for him. Easy to clean. No complaints at all. My three cockers soon worked out the sliding back and forth part but seem to have trouble getting to grips with the revolving top. It really helps pace meal times. Louie is a large dog though and he found it tricky to get some of the food out as the 'paw pads' are fairly deep, so instead tipped it upside down. Having said that it's a great shape for slowing down feeding and he loved spinning the revolving bit. Word of warning - if your dog does tip it upside down the small rubber feet are easily removed.
