As yet Bracken hasn't tried to rip the rope like he has done on several other ball ropes. I would most likely buy again if bracken ever ripped the rope, Thank you for such a good ball. Do wish I'd have read the description a little more carefully as the ball was a bit small but the information was there so it was my mistake. We did use the toy although we did supervise as out 10 month Springer x lab is a chewer and when we allowed him to get his teeth into it, it didnt last long. Our dog rips it apart until in the end we detached the rope and just gave him the ball to play with which was fine.                     'Izzy' Loves It!!! posted on 14/04/2009 by oxo-ele-oxo It is so hard to find a toy for my dog that she won't chew to pieces but she absolutely loves this toy!! She loves to play fetch in the field with this. However the rope is a good length to play with our pup with, it stops him getting to the other end of the toy and trying to bit your fingers to get it back. I also found that I can hang it on a door handle and he just plays with it from there, so it turned out ok. He has however started to pull bits off the rope, so not sure how long it will last, but at that price it was good.                     its ok posted on 26/09/2010 by Hayley cheap and cheerful toy - hasn't been very popular with our pup.
