Kitties love their city posted on 22/02/2015 by sparkie60
Ordered this item as part of a larger bundle I was really impressed how easily the pieces join together into almost any configuration you can imagine and the pieces feel good quality for the cost Its fair to say the cats adore their new jungle gym and Id thoroughly recommend to other owners Our largest cat is a bit unnerved by the fact it moves under him but for a small to normal cat its fine
bells and balls posted on 18/02/2015 by jean110
I put this at the end of one of the cubes and put the balls on every corner and they cant resist a wee swipe as they go past I have several of the kits and have used the balls in all of them I would say the only thing is it would be good to have them on different lengths of cord or maybe elastic My cats love ribbons and I can tie some lengths of ribbon through the balls for a bit more interest

It looks cute but I dont think my cats have even noticed it I do wish the connectors were sized to fit to the rest of the stuff then I could have the option of integrating it into the build

Connected the scratcher to other items from kitty city as a bit wobbly on its own My two 3 month old kittens are having great fun playing with the balls dangling from the side

I bought this for my 2 cats 2nd birthday. I also bought the sleepy corner, climbing hill and kitty city hideaway. When it was put together, which took hardly no time. The cats both loved it. They have both decided who sleeps on top and who sleeps on the bottom of the sleepy corner and they love batting the balls. Great birthday gift for my boys.

Love the way this scratcher can be put together in all sorts of forms, it can be put onto the other items, or as a stand alone. You could also add two together, and make a taller scratcher for larger cats, although not sure if it would be stable enough. I have mine attached to the rest of my 9 pieces. Time will tell, on the strength and last abbility of these products, especially as I breed Maine Coons, which are big cats. For the time being, I'm over the moon with these products, they're so well thought out, and putting them together isn't difficult, just remember, if your building a playground, as we did, work out where you want things before you put all the poles in place, as it can be a case of building, then pulling apart, to slip the poles in place properly. We're very happy with ours now built up, and so are the cats.
