The recyclable and non-toxic, transparent bottle has a water capacity of 100ml (3 fl oz) and a graduated scale so you can monitor water or medicine consumption. It has a removable top cap allowing water to be topped up without removing the bottle from the bracket. Fixings include coupler and fixing groove with suckers for smooth surfaces and a plastic screw for fixing to wire cages. Can be fixed either inside or outside the cage. The first one I received had damaged suckers in the box, however contacted Pet Planet about this asking for replacement suckers and promptly received an entire replacement - very pleased                     Great idea posted on 01/08/2009 by WistfulDragon I had several of the traditional water bottles for my succession of hamsters. They were ok, but difficult to fit on/take off which I had to do each time I needed to fill it, and eventually each one would start leaking. This product is flatter being more nearly square, can be refilled by lifting the lid off the container while not taking it off the cage, and, despite my fears, the current hamster immediately worked out how to get the water out.
