This is great if your dog prefers to sit on the back seats rather than the boot area. My dog can still look forward but without intruding on my driving space. Stops the panting and slobbering in your ear and all over the handbrake.

I fitted this to a Range Rover Sport and am quite happy with it. Landrover only make guards that go behind the back seat, which is not what I wanted. I know from past experience in other cars that the generic dog guards aren't that effective. However, this simple device has so far stopped my Bernese Mpuntain Dog puppy from climbing into the front which he tried to do a lot before we fitted this. It wouldnt last against a chewer though.
Just what I was looking for!! posted on 30/06/2008 by holly366
If using the product in a two door - need to consider the fact that you will have to unclip one side from the headrest or your seat won't drop. I also found that i had to feed the bottom ties under the seat and around a bar that runs underneath as it wouldn't go around the seat as the instructions state. This has not stopped me using it and will keep the mutts at bay while driving along

Product very good value but the pot and packing cost almost doubled the price paid and it should be possible to find a cheaper delivery cost for such a small package
