This is the second one I have bought, and I bought it as I was pleased with the first one.They are a good size for a labrador, plenty of room for a large plastic basket, and easy to clean. Only problem was the packaging - came half covered in bubble wrap, and copious amounts of parcel tape. Bubble wrap was badly ripped and only covered one half of the kennel - the other half was mostly covered in parcel tape, nothing else. Looked like it had been very badly wrapped or handled or both. I was out and my son accepted it. I have not complained as the kennel is usable and I needed it now.Bit disappointed about that.
