Suitable for dogs weighing over 11kg Takes 3 x L44 1.5 volt batteries (included) Adjustable up to a length of 50cm, width of collar, 3cm Customer Reviews:                     help to cure the problem posted on 05/01/2013 by desmondthorpe Had problems with leaving the dog to go out for the basic things in life shopping etc tried a lot of other things that would not harm my dog but did not work so after further research found this collar bought it and seems to be working as I only put it on my dog when I leave her as this is the only way she will learn                     Magic posted on 28/11/2012 by jonel I bought the large size for my male leonberger who developed a habit of barking violently at everything that moved outside the car when were travelling It fitted fine and was easy to adjust and I used it on medium setting vibration I found I had to close the car doors very quietly or it would go off but once I had the hang of that it was plain sailing and my car journeys now are in complete silence I was pretty sceptical when I bought it that it would do any good as he barks quite savagely and has thick hair so I thought he would probably ignore it but it has worked like magic                     really does work posted on 20/11/2012 by nigelcocking I bought this collar after trying a sonic device which failed miserably to try and help with a seperation anxiety barking problem with a 16week old golden retreiver puppy every time we went out the room he would just continuously bark for us to return we tried ignoring him but this just was not working so in the end end we thought we would try this collar as it had very good reviews we are so pleased we did the noise mode had little or no effect but once i switched it to vibrate he stopped the barking almost immediatly and now two weeks on he is 95 bark free he still barks to be let out for toilet and for meal times but the rest of the time he is quiet peace to the ears and less stress for our puppy would recommend                     Excellent posted on 01/03/2012 by humf3farns After 9 years our noisy happy springer spaniel has suddenly learnt to stop barking at shadows wind leaves etc Over the years we have tried more expensive collars using sound water sprays and mild electric shock without success but this collar is magic Its so quiet we thought he had left home                     it works posted on 06/01/2012 by fionajayne i have a devoted dog who barks and howls when i go out causing distress not only to him but me and others i brought the large size as hes a big dog, it fitted with plenty to spare the result is a use it on the lowest setting and he barks once then the vibration distracts him and he's quiet. i was worried this collar would frighten him or make him bark worse but i would recomend this item and so would my neighbours                     Excellent product posted on 24/11/2011 by Diane Really good product for the price I was a bit dubious but it worked My dog was barking very very early in the morning to get us up out of bed 5am set it on vibrate which scared her but then on low sound and we now have a quiet dog and she doesnt mind it one bit                     it really does work posted on 01/11/2011 by binty This is a brilliant product my springador had really bad barking issues and would be come fixated if there was a cat doorbell postman etc etc we have tried loads of ways to stop him and nothing has worked but as soon as we put this on him with the vibrate setting on low he hated it he was scared to move let alone bark Now you just say the word collar or show it to him and he is calm and quiet he is like a different dog and my neighbours are speaking to me again Buy it its ace                     Couldn't believe it posted on 20/10/2011 by sjdaniels Had my neighbours moan and complain to the council before even speaking to us about one of my dogs barking. Amazingly quick delivery from Petplanet and it really has worked. I don't even switch it on now just put it on her and she does not bark at all. This is only for when I am at work or out.
