I had an order acknowledgment within a couple of minutes and was kept informed by email of the status of my order. My order was delivered within a couple of days, left exactly where I had requested it to be left I sound surprised but believe me, not all operators give you the option of adding delivery text and those that do don't always take any notice of it.
