We have contacted the customer, investigated the issues raised and are pleased to advise the matter has now been resolved satisfactorily.                     1st rate once again posted on 28/04/2010 by Willow Great dog food, much easier to keep the garden and footpaths clean than lots of other dog biscuit, combined with super service.                     Dog not keen posted on 02/07/2009 by hjbuller I decided to try out this food as I was recommended a different Royan Canin product for my other dog, a Weimeraner, and found it to be excellent, and decided to try out their products for my 7-year-old Bearded Collie. The Collie can be a slow eater but will normally eventually eat what is put in front of him, we usually buy James Wellbeloved or Burns but he just will not eat this food - it is the first food that he has refused.
