She had never been in a crate before and at 10mths we were unsure how she would react. We had to do this as she had started to jump onto the kitchen sides when she was left alone which was not ideal as we feared she would hurt herself. But she loves it. Its a safe little haven for her to snuggle. We leave the door open unless we have to leave her for a little while to keep her safe. Very good product and promt delivery. Thank you. First one was faulty but Petplanet soon sent me a replacement that was fine. Use it as a travel crate for my 3 mth border collie and she loves it. I have a much larger crate at home for her to sleep in etc but this medium value crate is just the right size for the back seat of my convertible car. Was able to set it up and then put the roof down and drop it into the back seat and then put the roof back up.
