Advocate 100 is for dogs weighing from 4-10kg who are suffering from, or at risk from, parasitic infections or flea infestation. It protects from fleas (ctenocephalides felis), heartworm (L3 and L4 larvae of Diroflaria immitis), hookworm (Ancylostoma tubaeforme), roundworm (Toxocara cati), lungworm (Angiostrongylus vasorum), Sarcoptic mange, demodectic mange (Demodex canis) and ear mites (Otodectes canis).
Advocate 100 is a spot-on product, meaning no tablets for your dog and no combination of treatments are required. Each application spreads rapidly over your pet, killing 98-100% of adult fleas within 12 hours of an application and flea larvae in the dog's environment.
It is a combination of Imidacloprid combined with Moxidectin to treat both internal and external parasites in cats. One application of Advocate treats any existing parasite infection and also protects against new infection as the treatment will last for four weeks – thus preventing new infections from establishing.
