We recommend consulting your vet when feeding veterinary diet foods. Read More
Therapeutic veterinary diets are carefully formulated and recommended to be used in conjunction with veterinary advice and support. Royal Canin strongly recommend you seek advice from your vet prior to and during feeding of any of these products to your pet.
DescriptionRoyal Canin Sensitivity Control Wet is for the nutritional management of food hypersensitivity with dermatological and/or gastrointestinal signs, food intolerance (including lactose intolerance), and acute or chronic diarrhoea in kittens and adult cats. Chicken and rice are rarely involved in food allergy. These protein sources are highly digestible. This approach reduces the risk of allergic reaction in the cat. Very high amounts of biotin, niacin and pantothenic acid in combination with zinc reduce water losses through the skin and support the barrier effect of the skin. Eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids, omega-3 long chain fatty acids, help maintain skin health and the integrity of the intestinal mucosa. Fructo-Oligo-Saccharides (FOS) help to balance microflora and protect the intestinal mucosa. This food is gluten and lactose free.

My cat really enjoyed this food as she had a sensitive stomach and she ate this for seven years until she was put to sleep recently.

Used this for over ten years for my cat with inflammatory bowel disease, tried lots of different foods initially but this one works best, will continue to use.

I have an 8 year old Siamese who can't eat normal cat food so my vet suggested this and he's been on it for years now.. I always bought it from my vets till I found it here much cheaper I'm saving about £10 per month and its delivered straight to your door
Thank goodness this cat food exists... posted on 13/04/2015 by Rowdy22
My cat suffered from Inflammatory Bowel Disease a couple of years ago and became very underweight. Thankfully she recovered very well but this, and the associated dry food, are the only foods she can now tolerate. Whenever I've tried to feed her any other food (usually when I've run out of this one due to failing to order more in time) she is immediately sick again. I honestly don't know what we would do without this food and would definitely recommend it for cats with a sensitivity issue.

Started buying this product when my cat developed IBS type problems Yes its more expensive than normal brands but she loved it and it has sorted out her problem Once ordered the good arrived quickly so no problems there One thing I do want to mention though is once your cat is on this diet as it is so bland please stick to it I made the mistake of putting my cat onto a plain chicken food when I ran out and because plain chicken Sheba was so rich it caused her to have fits did to change in diet so please endure once your cat is on this diet that you have the good well stocked up Otherwise great product x29

My poor Lily pedigree rag doll was sick every night for a month to the point of needing rehydration treatment at the vet Blood tests etc could not reveal any reason Since the first packet of Royal Canine Sensitive she has not been sick once and its a month now A bonusbuying from Petplanet instead of the vet has saved me 15 so far
