Tried this pill, within 15 minutes cat was scratching, licking and jumping around with a distinctly miffed expression on his face. Combed him and got 6 fleas off straight away. Now he has no fleas and no flea dirt so clearly does exactly what it says on the packet. However, flea combing and house cleaning are absolutely needed, as the instructions say "use when you see fleas, but not more than one tablet per day".
