My miniature Yorkie was toilet trained as a young puppy using this method still used overnight or if we have to leave her to go out. Much cheaper than puppy pads as they are reuseable. A pair of pads lasts me several months.                     Great product posted on 17/09/2010 by A. Spilsbury Loved the Nugi tray. Great for my Chihuahua puppies. As my 7 month old puppies were newspaper trained and unsure about standing on the tray at first, I just placed a couple of sheets of newspaper on top of the tray at first and after a couple of days reduced to one sheet then half a sheet a day after and we havent looked back since. Wash easily, and place out to dry. The pet toilet really does need them as they take a while to dry out, once washed, although if your pup is older and going outside a lot any way, you could prob get away with the one in with the Nugi only                     Eco-friendly alternative to pee pads posted on 22/07/2010 by ali Brilliant for puppies (like mine) who shred pee pads. Bought as spares for Nugi toilet - easy to rinse out and re-use again and again, so much more eco-friendly than pee pads.                     Well worth it posted on 20/07/2010 by Ruby I have a Shih Tzu who unfortunately has to stay indoors while I'm at work. She is a year old now and has been using the Nugi Pad since she was 3 months old. The pads are so durable, I have just ordered two more today. The others are still in use and are still useable. I just rinse them down with the hose in the garden and hang them to dry. Definitely need to buy the extra pack of 2 pads, as brilliant as they are to clean they do take 24 hrs to dry.
