It was enough to use it once or twice for each problem and now it's enough to just 'remind' her by showing her the can. Keeps cat off the table too. From the very first use, this product had a effect which has been lasting. My older dog has needed reminding just once and I now just need to make the hissing noise to get a result. Even just showing my dogs the product immediately calms them. Recommended it to a friend who was at the end of her tether with a barking dog, and it has worked just as well for her.
