It is just the right size to fill the feeding bowl. It grips the bag of food very well so is fit for purpose. This seems to do the job, and it's quite useful for scooping food out too. Some customers seemed to doubt whether it would last, but it seem fairly sturdy to me.                     Handy posted on 14/04/2009 by 4BonnieClyde Have used this so far for litter bag, this has kept a heavy duty bag rolled shut secure and its always to hand! A bit expensive for what it is but its feels like good strong plastic so as long as it doesn't break easily it will be worth the cost. Will order more if it doesn't break.                     Too Big posted on 21/12/2012 by lin Brilliant idea but the scoop is far too big to go in my bgs of food and the clip makes the whole thing too big to fit in any of my cupboards                     Isn't a 'clip' posted on 22/04/2010 I think calling this a 'clip' is misleading. I thought one would press it, and the two sides of the 'clip' would open - allowing the item to easily be clipped onto a bag. Unfortunately, the two sides of the 'clip' are static. One simply slides the 'clip' on and off the bag. I would imagine this is what prompted one of the other reviewers to state it doesn't work as it should.
