Does exactly what it says flashes nice and bright so you can keep track of your dog in the dark It says it can be cut to length but the plastic holding the two ends with the onoff button is very flimsy and was difficult to get apart so Ive just left it the length it was Other than that product is good value as it was reduced when I got it

I bought this collar for my dog but it didn't work when received. I am not sure if the electric circuits were broken or it just did not work.
