Excellent Service from Pet Planet of a reliable product fast and trouble free delivery Unfortunately had to send it back unopened due to Vet prescribing change of diet for elderly cat but Pet Planet made this a simple process and had it collected exactly when requested I will use them again

I ordered the wrong thing - I mistook this for the Hills Natures Best for older cats. However, the service that I have had from Pet Planet has been exemplary. My refund was dealt with quickly and efficiently and that is well worth 5stars in my book!
