It works really smoothly, I think its a great lead. You can tell its made in Germany. Highly recommended but keep it away from inquisitive puppys chewing! Its sturdy and comfortable to hold and easy to use. Got a good heavy duty hook, strong tape that glides in and out easily. I found the 5m tpe is long enough for me to feel that I am still in control at the same time as giving my dog some freedom in areas where I can't let him off leash. Would highly recommend it.
