The mat arrived swiftly and fits the medium sized cage perfectly My Airedale Terrier seems to love it and looks very cosy when sleeping on it The colour is not what I would call beige but is definitely cream The quality seems fine but I have not washed it yet All in all I think it is an excellent product for the price

I purchased the 76x49cm coffee coloured crate mat to go with the medium sized sloping car crate the mat fits really well and seems to be comfy and cozy i have added a couple of blankets to go in the crate alongside this mat but it is the middle of winter and i have got a tiny puppy so want to keep him warm really happy with the purchase and speedy delivery around christmastime too

Bought this mat to fit in the Large Durable Dog Cage also bought from Pet Planet This mat fits perfectly in the tray of the cage and provides a comfy bed Its a little thin in parts after washing but is at least still in one piece Would buy another for future cages

Bought the small size to go into the small crate bit of a squeeze and one end sitting halfway up the cage which is fine for pup to lean against Lay on it the minute I took it out of packaging good padding etc for comfortable sleep

I bought this for our Affenpinscher to use when we are watching TV Initially he was deeply suspicious of it but later kept scratching it at trying to tear out bits of wool with his teeth very unusual behavior for him However now that he has removed a few tufts he does sleep on it and likes the raised edge on which to rest his head A good buy

Brought this to go with the Barkshire Flat Top Dog Kennel Medium it sits just inside and our Jack Russell Terrier can curl up comfortably in it
He can be a bit of a chewer so the price makes it replaceable should he get a taste for it

Going on all the reviews I thought this would be a good buy to fit the cage well I thought wrong although decent quality there is not enough padding so we are having to use the old dog bed on top of the new one NEEDS MORE UNDERNEATH PADDING

I actually bought this product to put in the back of my hatchback but first used it in my study where it was quickly used my my rough collie. The floor is a bit slippery which she hates but she soon realised that this product didn't slide around and it was a firm favourite Now that its in the car I'll have to get another for the study

Unfortunately I ordered the X small mat to fit the X small crate It doesnt You need an XXsmall mat to fit the X small crate which seems a little odd you would presume they would be a standard sizing However our puppy was happy with her bed

although this mat looks really nice when its washed it quite literally falls apart really poor quality more of a use and throw away mat and quite honestly who can afford to do that STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE

These crate mats are just the job Theyre pretty cheap but the perfect size for our crates and keep their fluffiness longer than other crate mats weve bought
Not always great for a chewer however as its not too hard to rip the material and pull stuffing out

I bought these xsmall for the small durable dog cages I also purchased and they fit perfectly so dont be confused by the sizing names just check the measurements they are nice and thick in the middle as well as the edges and it stops the dogs sleeping against the bars or getting at the plastic trays underneath quite a lot of fluff comes off them but I havent given them their first wash yet

Was expecting this to be a bit thicker than it was although not a major problem as already have a foam pad in the bottom of the crate. If it was the only pad in the crate it wouldnt be enough. Nice and fluffy though and my beagle likes it

I bought two of these to line a box for my litter of Jack Russell puppies, one in use and one in the wash. It seemed absolutely fine but the bitch dug at it quite a lot and areas became bald within a couple of days. When that one went in the wash I added some Vetbed to the middle of the second one and that has done the trick but rather defeated the object of having the mat in the first place. It does make a good side raised border to the box with a bumper around the edge to snuggle the puppies. It washed well though

I ordered this for the new smaller cage for my cocker spaniel 10 months and all mats I had seen previously were too narrow This one fits the base completely and the dog never wants to get out of the car after her walk she is too comfy

This was a lot bigger than I realised didnt measure properly My dog loves it I got it out of the box put it on the floor and he laid down straight away Fully stretched out he only just touched the sides hes a Labrador Very soft Washes at 30 degrees so dont know whether that will get rid of all doggy smells at the temp

I bought this for my 8 week old Giant Schnauzers crate Have folded it in half to cover the floor in 50 bedding 50 newspaper until no more accidents The underneath is shower proofso bedding is protected Wont be long before her size dictates using it to cover the whole floor Good value as is robust warm well made

The mat fits nicely in the crate protecting paws from getting stuck in the edges when climbing in and out of the crate After a disinfecting wash and being put in the dryer the rolled edge is now rather lifeless and limp It still works but am a bit dissapointed that the rolled edge did not wash well The dog still likes it

I bought the medium mat for the medium standard cage that I purchased at the same time the mat itself feels lovely and comfy and is made of strong material as my dog has had a good chew of it with no damageso far The only small point is that the mat seems a bit large for the crate which does not cause me a problem all in all a very good product and I am now waiting for another mat to arrive for my other dog

Bought for our 6 month old Welsh Terrier to use in his crate
It fits in well and has also been used as a matbed out of the crate It is definately a mat as the padding on the bottom is not very thick however the padded sides are great if your dog likes to rest his head on something
The colours in the photo are not that good as the coffee colour we ordered is more of a light tan which isnt a problem but would buy another one if there were colours other than beigecream

I intended this to be for my cocker spaniel puppy to lie on under my desk but as soon as she saw it she began chewing it so I gave it to my three Siamese cats instead and although this is the smallest size all three fit in comfortably and they adore it They even go to bed early now to snuggle up in it I ordered it in beige which is actually more of a cream colour which was much more acceptable for me personally and a lovely surprise when it came I think it will wash and wear well too Glad I bought it

The bed is ok ,though not thick and padded it is soft, but I bought it alongside the same sized crate and it doesnt fit it is too big and just bunched up when you tried to fit it in. Needless to say I had to get another bed for the crate and now its just a spare SO a waste of money really.

Bought the medium mat for the medium crate and it doesn't fit way too big. Couldn't be bothered to return it though, too much hassel so consquently not very happy.

This crate mat is great!
The underside is lined in a soft black fabric, which was the first thing that my Jack Russell stripped from mat, though to be fair it did take him a couple of nights.
The high sides are soft, and lined with a fibrous stuffing (similar to the inside of a duvet or quilt). This kept my Jack occupied for another couple of nights as he systematically appears to be shredding every last ounce of the stuffing out of the mat.
All said and done however, the mat at the moment remains in fairly good shape, and after the abuse its suffered, the fact that anything remains at all is impressive

Love this mat. It fits the crate we got from Petplanet perfectly and helps keep the heat in. I disagree with some other reviews that say it's poor quality. I think if your dog is just a regular dog, not Captain Destructo, this mat is fine and will last a while. Ours hasn't even tried to chew it.

Sadly Maisy was ill the day it arrived but once on the mat she didn't get off. We had to carry her off to the Vets and place her back on it again when we returned. It was some sort of virus, luckily she felt very warm and comfy on her new bed.

I bought this mat to fit in the Pet Planet cage I bought at the same time. The order took a week to arrive and when it did, this mat did not fit in the cage. The material is a really cheap poor quality. If you want a cheap mat but don't mind a cheap look its ok but avoid if you want quality.

I bought 4 of these as floor mats for the 7(!)dogs in the kitchen aged between 14 years and 5 months. The puppies soon wrecked 1 but they couldn't get the other 3 as the older dogs are sound asleep on them most of the time!! Bought this for my 8 week old boxer puppy but as she's still even smaller than the mat, I've folded it in half to give her a raised and even more comfy mattress and from day one, she's curled up on it and loves it. When she grows, I will just unfold it - and when she's bigger, I'm ready with the Large model (which will completely fill her cage)

I looked forward to receiving this product having read previous reviews and was very disappointed at the quality. It felt flimsy and cheap and almost from day one my puppy preferred to chew it than sleep on it. After about 4 days most of the foam had come out. I feel as though I have wasted my money.

Living in Orkney, often companies dont deliver let alone free delivery. I ordered online on Sun and had the crate by friday, quick by any standards. When I phoned on friday to ask when it would arrive, not only did they track the crate but also phoned back to tell me it would be delivered that day.... and it was. I bought this crate mat to go into my dog's box. Frodo my Westie has a large box and the mat is excellent. It is well padded, warm and comfortable with a good padded edge. It keeps it shape in the box even when Frodo rummages around to bed-down for a sleep. It is also easy to wash and dry. I bought one to see what they were like and I was delighted ! I have ordered a couple more to go into his travel box for the car. EXCELLENT !!!

I am very pleased with these crate mats, they are exactly what I wanted for my two cats and at a very good price. They are so useful, I put them on the sofa in the living room, on my bed, on the floor or in a basket. They keep the pet hairs etc in the right place, not on the furniture. They're easy to hoover out and hopefully will wash well. My 19 year old cat Daisy adores hers. She can't recommend them highly enough.

So far I have purchased 4 crate mats and they are great value. One is permanantly on the tiled floor in the kitchen for my 13 year old flatcoat and she loves it, in fact she doesn't even bother to come in the lounge of a night time now and the other mats are used in the car. Great idea to have a loop on to hook up in the garage when wet for easy drying. Would recommend to friends.

Jessie has chewed or ripped every mat or rug that we have put in her crate. This one however has not been damaged and she loves lying on it. Doesn't even appear to look dirty after many walks in the woods despite its light colour.

Although this item was intended for a dog, I have bought it for my very large Maine Coon cat and it fits her purrfectly. She loves it so much it has become a fixture on my table for her during the day when I am out. She enjoys sleeping in comfort and this is cat heaven for her. Being able to put it in the washing machine is also a big plus.

We bought this for our 10 week old Jack Russell pup. She has it in her crate at night and wherever we put it in the daytime and she knows it is "her" place to go and be comfy.
Be aware, for chewers, there is a fabric hanging hook on the underside which our puppy has now found and is happily chewing. Not ideal as the bed keeps ending up upside down!

Bought this for our 8 week old beagle pup. Soft and comforting to her, although she has already chewed the label from it and is trying to rip it apart. She sees it more as a play thing more than a bed. Not sure it will last her for very long, so not great value for money. Machine washable. Glad we also bought the vetbed which I think will last much longer.

Very good in most respect. Only drawback is that our little puppy got his foot caught coming out and hurt himself a bit. Otherwise it works well and is a good tool in toilet training. It also affords the puppy a restful and protected place to retire to.

The crate mat was not what I expected. It was described as beige but was mock sheepskin, it was not as substantial as I expected and "moults" terribly, covering the room in shreds of fleece.

Was looking for a comfortable bed which my bearded collie would not destroy. I ordered XL which is enormous! He absolutely loves it and so far has not made any holes in it. It lies very flat and can easily be vacuumed. Really pleased with it and coffee colour doesn't show the dirt.

I wanted beds for our collie and terrier/German shepherd cross to use in our caravan. I looked around a number of pet stores on the internet and found these which offer great value for money delivery was very quick and efficient as well. This style of bed is light and stores away easily and - most importantly - the dogs took to them straight away in combination with a blanket. They like the raised/rolled edges to rest their chins on when snoozing and to make them feel secure. Although the base is only lightly padded both dogs clearly find them comfortable enough not to be tempted to climb on the seats in the caravan during the night as they had done previously! Not surprisingly, the fleece does tend to collect hairs but that is a small price to pay for warmth and comfort for the dogs. I've not yet washed them but I have no reason to doubt that they will wash up well. Would definitely buy them again.

These are so great- got one for travel crate, and a spare....and also one for large home crate for night times. Our crazy whippet pup broke her wrist and had to spend considerable time contained these are comfy, light, very easy to put through washing machine and dry quickly AND really quite good value for money! Bought this initially for Poppy's wire crate but it has ended up lining her Sof-Krate. Perfect fit & makes her wee den so cosy & warm. Am delighted with it & Poppy seems so happy too. I have bought at least 6 of these mats, as they are very, very comfortable for dog cages, wash easily and would last a long time, if my 2 year old Golden Retriever, recovering from TPLO surgery, didn't shred them in her determination to go out with my other dogs for a walk! She has also broken 5 bars off her cage with her teeth. Quite a feat, so no reflection on the mats. They are superb!! Highly recommended. I am ordering 2 more today.

I purchased one 107 x 70cm for my 2 staffs and it was exactly the right size for both of them.. I was so impressed i purchased a 2nd one for their crate. The only fault i could find was that there were no washing instructions on it, but i emailed pet planet and received a superfast response with the information i required. They should not be washed any hotter than 40 degrees, and tumble drying is not recommended. These mats are absolutely superb and i have recommended both the product and this site to my friends... Thank you for my bargains!!

This is great for the colder nights, helps keep the cold coming through from the tiled floor and metal crate bottom, it is easy for the dog to fold over too if he gets too warm - I use it underneath a crate cushion just for extra comfort and warmth.

I ordered the 61x40cm crate mat for my new Golden Lab puppy's cage - I specifically ordered this size as it is half the size of his cage, leaving room for his water/toys at the other side. I also ordered the full size one, for use in his cage when he grows, but for now it's in my livingroom and he seems to know that's that also his bed and goes there all the time too. I've had to wash them a couple of times puppies! and they're as good as new. I had looked in the high street stores and the beds were a lot more expensive, these beds are great value for money and pup like them too - so all round, great buy!

We were looking for something that would fit in our narrowboat for two medium/large dogs but wouldn't take up much room. These crate mats were perfect, not too bulky and the dogs loved them. Also easy to wash which is a bonus. I would also add that I was impressed with Pet Planet's service and delivery arrived within 2 daysand will definitely use again.

Our Lab loves sleeping on these, also we found it very easy to wash when he was poorly sick on it!

Fits the mini crate perfectly. I was a little disappointed that the design was not as shown on the website. I was expecting a blue and white checked-cotton and what arrived was brown fur-effect.

Use one in my motor caravan - they are well made, wash and dry easily and look good. My Clumbers just love it

This product is perfect when using a crate for your puppy. It fits perfectly down one end of the crate leaving the other side free for all his toys. He loves sleeping and cuddling up to it throughout the day. He has thrown up on it once but was easily washed and dryed within 12 hours so he didn't miss it for long. Overall a great product and excellant value.

Unexpected overnight sickness required machine wash the next day. Easily cleaned, no staining but edge and base coming apart.Not sure how many washes it will withstand, however my puppy is very comfortable when resting in the crate. So I'm purchasing another for emergencies!!

Since moving back to the UK, our 3 dogs and cat sleep in their Air Kennels at night.As temperature here in UK is colder at night than during daytime, we had a problem with their beddings every morning..as crates are plastic and beddings are...fluffy padded beddings, the underside was always damp (not pee as I originally thought :) due to condensation..Since using the crate mats - NO MORE DAMP BEDDING, and once more, the animals can't wait to get to bed in them...FABULOUS!!!
