After initally buying their hutch a bag of straw hay etc when I first got my bunnies I came across this site and seen the great prices for XL bags I thought I would give it a go and ordered two bags because even if they were the same size as the bag I'd bought they were still a couple of £'s cheaper. When I'd ordered the straw there was no mention that it was out of stock and just assumed that it would arrive in about 3 days so was very dissapointed when it never turned up as I'd used the last of my straw in the last hutch clean meaning I had had to go out and buy another bag from the pet shop. However when the straw finally did arrive I was very pleased. They really are XL bags and very compressed. There is just no comparrison with the bags I had bought from the pet shop. Huge bag, dust free, cosy, very high quality and apparently pretty yummy too. Smells great and lasts ages just shame it took so long to arrive last time. Will definitely be getting again before I run out this time. The bunnies wouldn't be best chuffed if we went back to the other pet shop stuff. I absolutely love your barley straw as do my little micro pigs Ethel and Ivy. They are always taking it outside to spread out to use for sun bathing on! In the evening they drag it back in to make a big cosy bed. When they get up in the morning they come running out with what looks like big hay stacks on their heads! - it seems to go everywhere with them. They also find it very yummy and love to eat it at the same rate as I am putting it into their house. It's just as well you squeeze so much into your bags. I would also like to comment on the fact that I have seen a lot of straw in my life but every bale I open is of optimum quality. Each one lasts for about 3 weeks. I am also amazed at how fast you get it to my front door. I ordered one afternoon and the doorbell rang the next day! Many thanks for the excellent service. I also couldn't find this product cheaper anywhere else!
