I had heard many good things about this product and had bought it because of all the recommendations people were giving it The quality of the actual product is flawless Its been really well made and looks like it could withstand a fair bit of chewing and general playing with However my guinea pigs have no interest in this product They sometimes have a sniff but other than that they tend to just leave it alone and ignore it I would have rated the value higher had they of gotten use out of it No complaints about the actual product or the service I received I just have fussy pigs it seems

Took weeks for order to arrive. Was offered no refund or reasonable explanation. Will not be shopping here again.
