I have tested a number of flashing lights and find this to one of the better ones. If only it were waterproof as well as being very bright. Love the blue colour

I have found these excellent on black dogs! They are very bright so dogs can be easily seen. Easy to put on the collar, not sure that the clips will last as long as the light though. I have three dogs, one old, deaf and rather short sighted especially at night. I have found that he follows the others easily now as he can see the blue lights!
