When it arrived it looked practical and easy to clean, just what I was hoping for. However, my Spaniel absolutely hated it due to the noise the material makes and the sound of air squeezing out of it when he jumped on it. That first jump of exploration was to be his last and he preferred to sleep on the floor! I ended up sending it back. If you have a slightly timid dog then I would think twice before buying it. I am not disappointed at all, the Leonberger got straight on it and the two Labradors look on lovingly!!! Think I shall have to buy another two when their present beds give up the ghost! The noise is not a problem and after a couple of days, you don't even notice it. An extremely successful purchase, thank you! I loved them but unfortunately, they didn't feel the same, as they found the covers too slippery due to the high loft in the duvets. One thing to say, due to the high loft you should buy the bigger size. Very pleased with the service that I have recieved from staff at Pet Planet though. Thanks. Will be using you again. The duvet plumps up well although you have too this regularly to keep it from going flat. My dog doesn't mind the noise it makes when she lays on it and I am now buying another one for my new dog. Overall                     Quality                     Value                     good comfortable bed posted on 19/09/2008 20:23:41 by jaymc my chocolate labrador loves this duvet, I bought the medium size and it is just big enough for her as I am limited for space in my utility room where she sleeps, I would recommend getting the bigger one, space permitting, for any breed as big or bigger than a labrador, though my dog makes herself very comfortable on this size. very easy to clean, but have to have towels at hand to keep drying it off. The duvet is also used in the car as it is hardwearing and keeps the car clean. However, I was a little disappointed to see I cannot wash the covers but instead you have to "wipe clean". This is not always the best option when your dog has been runiing through smelly areas like a farm! On the whole a good purchase. Overall                     Quality                     Value
