The food always arrives within 3 days of ordering, our only hiccup was with DHL, so we request no DHL when ordering, another courier is used - happy day's . The fish and rice junior kibble is much larger kibble than the other flavours so even though I use a specialised bowl to stop him eating to fast he still eats this quite quickly. I will definitely be sticking to it as the other flavours gave him wind but this one doesn't as much!
