Ordered from Pet Planet as my vet was unable to provide the 12kg bag for over a week, as I have a Great Dane the 5kg bag they could provide would only have lasted a couple of days. Ordered late on a Wednesday and was delivered as promised on a Friday. This is only the second time I have used Pet Planet but each time I have had excellent service, I received exactly what was ordered and in the timeframe that was promised, you couldn't ask for more. Good value for money too!
