Express Despatch: Standard Despatch Cost + £2.99

All items showing our Express Despatch logo can be despatched within the next working day* if you select our "Express Despatch" option at checkout; in fact if your order is received before 12 Noon then these orders are normally despatched the same day.

Most orders are sent using a next working day courier service; some larger items need to be sent using a 2-day courier service.

Standard Despatch: FREE on orders over £39** / £4.95 for orders below £39

We aim to despatch all items ordered using our Standard Despatch option within 2 working days*.

The nature of our business is such that our actual performance against this aim can vary so we always show (at the top of every page) our actual despatch performance.

As you can see, we are meeting this aim for the vast majority of orders as  94.4% of orders have been despatched within 2 days of the order being placed in the last week. We are still not satisfied with this performance though and are striving to improve. The vast majority of our orders are despatched within 2 weeks and we do guarantee to despatch all orders within 28 days. Remember if the “Express Despatch” option is available you can ensure your order reaches you within 2 working days. We are working hard to ensure our delivery performance improves and you can see how we are doing as the despatch performance number is updated daily.

Please note in some case we allow customers to reserve stock by placing an order with us before the stock is in our warehouse and ready for despatch – in such cases there is a specific note on the product page to this effect and the above delivery timings of course do not apply.

For orders placed over the phone we apply an additional £1.99 charge to cover the cost of our customer service staff (and to encourage you to order online; it's cheaper for us if you do!). Delivery surcharges apply to some postcodes (see below).

Delivery Surcharges: Unfortunately our couriers charge us a premium for delivering to the following UK areas, which requires us to add the following surcharges for non-postal (i.e. courier) deliveries;

Please note that some larger/heavy orders with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland may incur an additional surcharge to those detailed above. If this is the case we will call or email you before we proceed with your order.
