Our Standard UK Delivery Service
For orders placed on-line, delivery is free on all orders over £29.00 and we do not apply additional charges for larger, heavier orders (we have recently scrapped all weight surcharges!).
For orders below £29.00 (or orders placed over the phone) we apply a £3.99 processing and delivery charge.
Normally, unless otherwise notified at the time of placing your order, orders are guaranteed to be despatched to you within 3 working days* (see our Delivery Promise below).
The vast majority of orders are despatched using couriers on a next working day delivery service for UK Mainland (excluding Highlands & Islands). In exceptional cases (e.g. extremely bulky or heavy orders) an alternative courier may be used who guarantee delivery within 2-3 working days. Smaller items are sent by standard Royal Mail postal service (Note: although this means they may take a little longer to arrive, it eliminates the need for you to wait in for a courier).
For clarity: the time taken for the goods to reach you is the sum of the time taken for us to despatch the goods plus the time taken for the courier/post to deliver to you. In the vast majority of cases this means goods are delivered to you within 3-4 day working days*.
Our Express Delivery Option
We offer an Express Delivery service for an additional charge of £3.00. Orders placed on this service before 12:00 on a weekday are guaranteed to be despatched the same working day* on a next working day courier service. If placed after 12:00 on a weekday, these orders are guaranteed to be despatched before the close of the following working day*.
