SERVICE UPDATE: Please note that we are in the process of reconfiguring our warehouses. As a result we have made a temporary change to our delivery terms - orders placed on a Standard service are currently despatched within 3 - 5 working days. Please note our Express Delivery service will not be affected.
Unless you are notified of an expected delay at the time of placing your order, we guarantee to despatch your order within 3 working days*. If we fail to do so then we will apologise, refund the carriage charge in full and offer you a £5 credit against your next order.
For clarity: the time taken for the goods to reach you is the sum of the time taken for us to despatch the goods plus the time taken for the courier/post to deliver to you. In the vast majority of cases this means goods are received by you within 4-5 day working days of your order being placed (or 2 working days if you choose our Express Despatch option)*.
Our couriers deliver between 8am and 5.30pm. If you provide us with your mobile phone number when placing your order, our couriers will communicate with you by text to keep you informed as to the progress of your parcel.

90.9% of orders despatched within 5 working days* of order being placed.
We are able to achieve this high service level because (unlike many of our competitors) we hold stock in our UK warehouse of all the items we sell. In the unlikely event that we are not in stock of an item we will alert you to the likely delay before you place your order.
Our Standard UK Delivery Charges
If your delivery address is not within one of our surcharge areas (see below) and you place the order online the delivery charge will be;
FREE delivery on all orders over £29.00*
*When buying a gift voucher alongside other items, the value of the gift voucher does not contibute to the order value total for the purposes of calculating the free delivery threshold.
£3.99 for other orders below £29.00 (typically sent by tracked courier service)
For orders placed over the phone we apply an additional £1.99 charge to cover the cost of our customer service staff (and to encourage you to order online; it's cheaper for us if you do!).
As long as your UK delivery address is not within one of our surcharge areas (see below) we offer the following premium delivery option for maximum convenience. Express despatch is not available for some larger items which cannot be carried by our courier’s next day service.
