Great as a gift - or for your own kitchen - this Oriental Stir-Fry Mix set, will leave you and your friends wanting to buy and grow it again and agian.
The kit contains seeds, compost and full growing instructions.
The oriental seeds are as follows:
Mibuna
Mizuna
Green Mustard
Red Mustard
Pakchoi White
Tatsoi
To grow your Stir-Fry Mix
Empty ¾ of the compost into planter and moisten.
Open the seed packet and spread seeds evenly on the surface of the compost – allow 1cm between seeds.
There will be enough seed in the packet to make several sowings.
Use the remaining compost to evenly cover all the seeds and moisten.
Move to a warm, well-lit area – a windowsill is ideal.
Keep the compost moist at all times, never allow them to dry out.
Within a few weeks, you will be able to cut leaves with scissors as required.
Once the crop has finished, re-sow the planter with new seed – as above.
Planter box: 30cm long, 9cm wide.
