This plastic collar is impregnated with insecticides and, because of the unique design (the buckle is moulded into the collar), the probability of neck irritation and buckle failure is reduced. The collar also has a special section which will stretch and expand should the cat become hooked or entangled by the collar. This collar may be worn in addition to a regular collar.
