Dear Deborah There are no vets specialising exclusively in diabetes, but have a word with your vet, as either a bigger clinic or a university may be within reach, to
which he could refer you. A larger centre will have more facilities and will see more cases so are likely to be more experienced. A university could well have a specialist
endocrinologist available, but all veterinary schools have a small animal
clinic. Ongoing cases have to be referred by the vet currently treating them. Going
