As an online-only retail business, we are following Government advice aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus and saving lives. This means that we will continue to serve customers in line with the official guidance that "Online retail is still open and encouraged".

In line with that same official guidance, we have temporarily closed our call-centre to allow our customer service staff to work from home. This means that we can only currently handle email enquiries - please email us only once (as multiple emails from single customers just slow down our ability to respond) and rest assured if you have already emailed us then your email will be answered as we work our way through them all.

Delivery times will be heavily impacted by both the coronavirus-related measures we have put in place to protect our warehouse staff and the exceptional levels of customer demand we are experiencing. Our current advice is that orders will take up to 2 weeks longer than normal to reach you. As always on petplanet.co.uk, if you pay by credit or debit card, your funds will only be taken by us when we physically despatch your goods. We will keep you updated by email if any additional delays occur and as key lines come back into stock. Rest assured that if you have placed an order and received an order confirmation email from us, your order is in our system and you have your "place in the queue".
