Combination of highly digestible proteins, prebioctics, sugar beet pulp, rice and fish oil to ensure maximum digestive security.
The high energy density fulfils increased energy requirements while reducing the amount of food given per meal, decreasing the digestive workload. High energy density also helps promote weight regain during convalescence.
Dogs suffering from digestive disorders often show a decreased appetite and weight loss. High palatability encourages spontaneous consumption, facilitating recovery.
Eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids, omega-3 long chain fatty acids, contribute to the health of the digestive system./

  • Digestive security
  • High energy
  • High palatability

Suitable for: For dogs with acute and chronic diarrhoea, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), maldigestion, malabsorption, re-feeding after surgery, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI), gastritis, colitis, inappetance.

Brilliant Service great product! Buddle on 11 October 2016

This product has been prescribed in the past by our vet to help settle bouts of diarrhoea in our Labrador. We now know the routine and like to keep a bag in the house ready for when it's needed. Thankfully it doesn't happen often but when it does its there. I was thrilled to find it available from PetPlanet .

Royal Canin Canine Gastro Intestinal Nicci-ellett on 14 June 2016

The product was a very good price and having reordered 3x2kg bags I was eligible for free delivery. It is happily eaten by my elderly GSD who has always suffered with belly upsets with previous foods.

Significantly less expensive than from the Vet Peg on 29 September 2014

My Greyhound developed a severe gastrointestinal disorder earlier in the year and needed this food for recovery I have since moved her over 80 onto Burns Sensitive Duck Brown rice kibble and now use this little bag of Royal Canin instead of giving junk treats She really likes it

My dog loves it Watson on 23 November 2010

My 11 month old puppy was put on this diet by our vet, after having intestinal problems and on-and-off runny stools. Not only does he love this food, but it has totally resolved the problem.
