This charming Petplanet Standard Pent Dog Kennel is made from high quality strong timber and is sure to keep your dog comfortable throughout the year. The Pent lid expels water superbly and the finish is of the highest quality so is guaranteed to stand up to the test of time. With its inviting arched doorway your dog can choose to lounge out and get some sun or retreat to take an afternoon nap. There is plenty of space to accommodate him / her. Will make a feature out of your garden. It features a hinged/lift off lid for easy cleaning and it is raised from the ground to minimise cold damp from penetrating the kennel. All that’s needed now is a ‘Home Sweet Home’ sign for above the door!

Brilliant wee house for my pouch and pussycat

Fantastic value as I bought it in the sale However Im disappointed I cant purchase a plastic door flap for it Other dog kennels such as Trixie have one but they are too narrow for the pet planet medium kennel

Value For Money

This was bought as a house for my 4 Call ducks and will suit their needs perfectly. It was very easy to put together and all required fittings were supplied. There was quite a strong odour of preserver so I would suggest giving he kennel a good airing before use. Although the finish is quite good, I would suggest using an animal friendly weatherproof varnish or similar as I'm not sure how durable it would be during a lot of rain or snow. Overall very good value for money

Good Value

Very nice kennel for my dog. Easy to assemble. The only thing I think it could do with is a bracing board underneath the flooring if you have a heavy dog otherwise good value for money. Rubber matting would be a good idea cut to size as an accessory as floor boards are slatted which allow drafts.

My Cats Love It

We bought this kennel to use as a feeding place for our cats when we are away They are very shy and will not come into the house if we are not there We were using a sort of pop up plastic igloo but it has got very dirty and torn and so doesnt offer them any protection This kennel is perfect for the job Quick delivery easy to assemble and a great price It looks neat and tidy in the garden much better than tatty plastic We can fit their feeding bowls and an extra bed inside We have had one slight problem in that one of the hinges came away from the lid It really wasnt very securely fitted and pulled away very easily However we didnt want to dismantle the whole thing so my husband repaired it himself Also one of my cats loves it so much we have a job coaxing her into the house when we are here now so I dont think she would have been too happy if we sent it back Overall a good buy
