Please note: the manufacturer of the Flexi Lead will NOT refund leads that have broken due to damage caused by either the customer or dog. In cases where the lead has ‘snapped’ due to chewing / biting from the dog, a refund will NOT be given. The manufacturer recommends that the dog should not be allowed access to the lead when it is not in use and that the dog should be watched at all times when wearing the lead in order to prevent chewing.
