The items I ordered arrived very promptly.
I found the on -line purchasing to be a little frustrating. certain information phone numbers were not carried forward to other screens, menaing re-typing standard information. Also, my credit card details were not captured I am certain I input them correctly and had to phone the next day to go through them over the phone.
