carrier

I find it hard to keep my dog(she is a Porkie) from jumping about the car but when I put her in the carrier she sits peacefully and is quite content.

Very poor design and quality. Seating area for dog too small (even for our young puppy, 3 kg), straps slide off shoulders. We needed to use safety pins & an extra strap to make it usable. Not fit for purpose.

Brilliant product

This is a great product, I got this for a small breed and I believe its made perfectly however... My dog loves it and likes laying down in it

Faulty item and replacement.

Unfortunately the first carrier I received had a securing back strap come away from the attachment point. I had excellent customer service to replace the item promptly, but I had the same problem with the replacement. No problems getting a refund though, I am impressed with the company.

I felt that this carrier was not suitable for forward carrying but was very suitable for back carrying. If I bent forward, the dog could quite easily have fallen out of the carrier or the carrier could have slipped down my arms, with nothing to prevent this other than a waist strap. Although the carrier was advertised in 3 colours, there was no choice and you get what comes to hand in the warehouse! As it happened, the carrier was too small for my pet but I would have returned it anyway because of safety concerns. Customer service was good and a refund, including the postage charge was refunded promptly. Would purchase from this company again.
