Good product for the price its quite heavy so be careful if buying for a small puppy The paper inside was just a cheap photo copy cut out by hand but cant complain for the price

Rather disappointed with this. I found it difficult to close - the thread wouldn't do up straight despite repeated attempts and tiny rubber washer wasn't a good fit either. The tiny piece of paper inside was difficut to get much info on. Not sure anyone would realise that it contained important information. It went missing from the collar after two days so I've just ordered a tried and tested engraved tag!
