Having now acquired 3 kittens ,making us a 5 indoor cat household,we decided to try wood pellets for litter. Found the gap between bottom of sieve and base too narrow, causing the holes to clog quickly. My husband drilled out most of the holes ,(to what size unsure).Made a world of difference. As I prefer litter boxes with lids have placed it inside one we already own. Brilliant, all use ,the boys range from 7 months to 11 years.

The lower tray is a little close to the upper one. Another half inch would make the sifting process easier. Apart from that, the cats and I are very happy with the move to a more eco friendly system

good enough, gap a bit small

It's okay. the lids don't fit too well since the plastic changes shape. the main issue is the gap between the lid and the tray isn't big enough, so it's hard to stuff to drop through.

Unfortunately the trays are not deep enough for the used wood pellets to fall into, the clip on top is very difficult to fit too. I purchased two trays and I have persevered trying more & less wood pellets but it makes no difference. Really disappointed with the trays, appear to be a waste of money, will have to purchase different ones, so not happy at all.

Not worth buying

I brought two of these. One I can't get to clip togeather, the other isn't easy. There is almost no room under the sieve layer for the disintegrated pellets, and the ones I brought with it from PetPlanet don't sieve very well.
