You normally give a fine service for this product but this time you had only 2 packets in stock so I had to pay postage. Normally I order 3 packets post free. Could not your system be adjusted so that if the customer tries to order 3 packets but is reduced to 2 (or even 1) by a stock shortage they get free postage? That is the reason I gave 4/5 on value when I would normally give 5/5. Perhaps I'm just a miserable old penny-pincher with nothing better to do. Regards James Littler

Amazing really worked.

Our vet prescribed this as my 4 year old female cat has always struggled with food allergies, intolerance and over eating which has lead to massive weight gain. She has a heart condition that means she can't exercise as much as my other cats and she often will just hang around inside and play gently with a few toys. We had tried everything and her weight had stabilised the last few years but at a whopping 6.5kg. We changed vet and they said to try this. She lost 1kg in 3 months which the vet said was amazing, though this was with the help of buying all 3 of them microchip feeders so she couldn't over eat. She can get really angry on this food but not anywhere near as much as the other diet food, she gets fussy and we do have to give her a tiny treat each day as i guess this is like eating a chicken salad to her, it makes you feel energised, its fills you up but its not as amazing as the Michelin starfood her brothers are eating! She eats this with minimum fuss and tail wag and she doesn't seem hungry, she just doesn't think the food is amazing. But i do, it really helped.

It is a good product but on the correct amount to lose weight my cat did seem hungry all the time but we persevered and he has lost weight gradually x28which is the best wayx29 There are other types of weight loss food which make the cat feel full but not sure they are so good for the digestive system
