This Beta Active dog food has been specially formulated for the needs of working and sports dogs. Suitable for adult working dogs (>2hrs of exercise/day) aged between 1 and 5 years, depending on adult size. It is a complete and balanced diet which has added protein and fat to help prepare them for the rigours of a hard days' work.
The digestive system is kept healthy by the introduction of chicory, which is a natural prebiotic. After feeding for 30 days the good bacteria, Bifidobacteria, can have multiplied by up to 100 times, which helps your dog's digestion.
This working dog formula is rich in meat, having adequate levels of proteins to promote an ideal body condition. This diet also has added vitamin B and cereals, which give complex carbohydrates, providing your dog with a steady release of energy throughout the day while they're active.
Kibble size: Two different sizes of kibble have been produced, which helps to prevent your dog from bolting their food, making them chew and thus aiding nutrient absorption. The two kibble sizes are also differing shapes, which help to maintain good oral hygiene for your dog.
