fun product

Great toy to have for fun, but too lightweight for big dogs unless fixed to the floor.

My dog is size of springer and she catching the ball as it leaves the flyback so don't know if it's going to be of use to her.

Not so good

Not the best quality. The mechanism didn't work/was broken so couldn't use. Seems bit flimsy to me?! PetPlanet were fantastic tho - sent pics and received replacement. Just not to sure whether I want to try this out now :-(

Damaged

The red covering in the board had not been fitted properly and was creased.

Disappointed

Bought this to keep my Labrador busy but very disappointed. Upon receipt the covering on the base board wasn't stuck down properly and one side was creased but stuck down. The mechanism to hold/release the ball was so stiff I could only get the ball in by using all my strength to force it in, then when you pressed the base/release board the ball didn't fly but fell out onto the ground! I had one very confused and uninterested puppy, waste of money but luckily Pet Planet refunded immediately.
