I bought two of these beds for my dogs ( Lhasa apso & Zuchon ) and they both loved them right away . good strong beds but one bed was missing the rubber feet inserts and a quick email to petplanet was dealt with very well and the rubber feet inserts posted out to me really quick. great customer service thank you , ( the bed is not sliding on the floor now ) my dogs seem to like these beds more than the softer fabric type haha so two happy dogs now and me too .
