excellent raised bed

I have now purchased two of these beds (one for my holiday home) for my elderly flatcoated retriever. I bought the large size as she likes to really stretch out. It's just the right height to keep her off the floor, without being so high that it is an effort to step onto it. She has a standard thick duvet-type dog bed on top for warmth, and now it doesn't get damp underneath overnight, so I am really pleased.The only downside is that it is quite tricky to assemble. The concept is very simple, but because the mesh base is cut to be a tight fit, it can be difficult to align the legs accurately to insert the locking bolts - it really needs to two pairs of hands. I certainly wouldn't want to take it apart once assembled, which is why I have bought a second one. I would definitely recommend it for elderly or arthritic dogs as it supports their weight gently.

Good dog bed

I order this bed but unfortunately had parts missing when delivered. Petplanet were very helpful in sending a new one out. Bed is very strong all my dog squeeze on (5 dogs) Although I do put a throw blanket on it just for comfort. Can fault the bed. Wipe over easy and will be Nice to take out side on the decking in the summer for the dogs to sunbathe

Finally one that will last

Bought this for my chocolate lab as every bed we've ever bought seems to just get ruined or falls apart within weeks. She's getting some problems with arthritis in her legs so wanted a raised bed to keep the pressure of her legs off the floor. She took to it right away & has loads of room. She's barely tried to lie on the couch now, she much prefers her own bed. It's easy to clean too, so the problem of smelly material beds has gone ????

Love this Bed

Finaly i have found a bed for my British bulldog. He has just turned 1 and i have been through many beds. Plastic one memory foam ones and hes chews them up and stinks them out. This is great he can spread out and i can wipe it clean but best of all he hasn't tried to chew it. ??
