Lovely little product

Bought this snuggle box for one of my little Chinese hamsters. She jumped into it straight away and often uses it to climb on, nibble at and sometimes to actually snuggle in! It was a shame the wrong product was sent first time around, but Petplanet didn't quibble. They apologised immediately and the correct product arrived a few days later.

Cute!

The material is very good quality. The string that you attach it to the cage with is very long, but it's easy to cut it shorter and reattach the hooks.

Hamster Wasn't Overly Bothered

To be honest, I was more interested than my hammy. When it arrived it was green and black instead of what is shown in the photo, but I wasn't bothered. Although when it was placed in the cage she was scared of it and would only go in to retrieve food and then come out instantly after. Then when I cleaned her cage the week after I had found out that she had chewed one of the ropes which was holding it up.
