Hutch not bad. Really poor instructions you really have to work it out for yourself took me about an hour to put it together. Bolts are already on the door, one is screwed on crooked so difficult to lock.

No instructions, no screws

I bought this hutch a few months ago but have only just gone to assemble it. I was surprised to find there were no instructions at all included in the box and even more surprised there were no screws or bolts. Disappointing that PetPlanet has no customer service at the weekend when most folk will have time to deal with this stuff. I have no idea how I will assemble this random bits of wood... It otherwise looks fair quality for keeping the guinea pigs in the garage over winter, although I'm not sure I'd want them in this outside when cold and wet.

Reasonable for the price

Made from rather flimsy timber, but strong enough for small animals. Design is good remains to be seen how long it lasts The instructions for building are appalling, its almost better to build it by trial & error, Overall, not too bad for the price!

dissapointed

The hutch only measured 4'10'' the roof is 5'. some of the wood was splintered. the middle panel for the sleeping compartment was too small so wouldn't stay in place. luckily it was in a sale and had about 60% off so for £79.99 instead of £199.99 it was worth it
