Not what I wanted

Disappointed. Too small for a Norfolk terrier , and really just a box on wheels. Very uncomfortable for even a small dog I would think. Will still look for another design but this one was not good. Doesn't fold down either for storage. The measurements were confusing as I thought they were in inches...was not clear.

Easy to use

I have two cats, no car, and the vet is a 15 minute walk away. I took them separately to the vet for inoculations. Both cats weigh 6 kilos. One cat howled all the way there and back, which is normal for her, the other was very accepting. The carrier is OK for short trips, but probably not for longer journeys. The wheels are small, hard and noisy on the pavements. Larger rubber wheels may be better. The carrier is smart and caused many interested comments from other pet owners.

Convenient

Carry handle broke first use. Other than that not a bad purchase. Definitely not suitable to carry 18kg.

I am Uncomfortable in it

My owners bought this carrier for me as I am getting on a bit and my arthritis makes it painful to walk far, and I am put in the carrier when I am struggling as I love to go and be out with them. If I move my bottom to get comfortable in it, or the ground is uneven the carrier tips over, I weigh in at just over 10kg 11 years old and I am a Cavalier King Charles, my owners say that the wheels are too small and can only use it on paved areas and only then when the paving is level, any bumps from tree roots or drop kerbs can make me tip over. It is more suitable for a dog half my weight. Certainly not good for grassy areas, as on my first trip out, grass collected in the wheels and their housing making it hard to pull me. It is a brilliant idea and enables me to be taken for walks with my owners, can you suggest a more sturdy and durable carrier for me as this one has shown me how I can walk so far and be with my owners while they are out, and I still want to go out with them.
