Safe and sturdy storage

This was one of two storage containers that I purchased at the same time. As this was the bigger of the two I elected to use this to store wild bird peanuts in which I keep in the shed. It’s a very robust container with a good seal in the lid. It has proved so roomy I have been able to get 12.5kgs of peanuts in it plus a sizeable bag of bird seed on top of these. I’ve rarely suffered with a pest problem in my shed but this is the first time I’ve stored peanuts and seed so I like the peace of mind that these should be able to stay fresh and vermin free. It should be able to be kept clean easily too. Excellent value for this smart and sturdy container.

Great value

Great for the money. Keeps the food nice and fresh. Saves having the large bag lying around and stops the dogs from opening the bags!

Great customer support

Ordered 2 and initial arrival saw one damaged. Used online chat to report to Petplanet and a replacement arrived 2 days later so excellent customer support! The product itself is great value for money at £7.99 but I wouldn't expect it to be overly durable.

Does the job

As our regular brand of dog food was steadily increasing in cost we decided to buy a large 15kg bag, rather than the usual 2kg, as this was more cost effective. As a result we purchased this storage bin to keep the food safely stored in the garage once opened. I looked around online at containers and this was by far the best value. It sits neatly on a shelf in the garage. Job done
